RECIPE
Mac and cheese Gems
Cut 3 gems in halves boil
Remove the seeds and little pulp
Boil ½ cup pasta as per instruction on the
Packet
Drain
In seperate pot make a white sauce
With 1 cup milk dash of white pepper or green chilli paste
½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon butter and
1 tablespoon mazina (mix little water to make a paste)
Bring to boil keep stirring add parsley or mixed herbs
Add ½ cup grated cheese if u want a cheesy taste
Mix the pasta to the sauce stir to mix well
Fill the gem cases with pasta sprinkle lots of cheese on top garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)
Bake in oven at 180* till cheese melts or microwave it
