Spaghetti
Fresh garlic sliced
sliced green chilies
olive oil
mushrooms
Corn 🌽 cream style
Cabbage “shredded”
Julienned carrots
Peppers “yellow and green”
Baby corn
salt and pepper
Soya sauce
Wochester sauce
Chilie sauce
Nandos garlic sauce
Chinese barbeque sauce “woolies”
Stir fry sauce “I used woolies one”
Manchurian spice from Shan
Green dhana or spring onion to garnish
METHOD
Boil spaghetti and set aside
Cook mushrooms with salt and pepper till water dries out
Braise garlic and green chilies in olive oil
Add all the vegetables
Now add all sauces and spices
Cook on high so veg still stays crispy
Mix with spaghetti
Garnish ..
