Recipe credit : unknownIngredients : 500g cashews (I use salted, roasted)250g almonds (peeled and slice in half)1 box turkish delight (cut into cubes)1 kg fruit cubes (wild mix available @montagu)250g sliced coconut 8 big packets jellytots (original)500g dried yellow mangoes cubed (optional)4 large bars of nougat (chopped)2 full cups icing sugar
Method : Roast almonds in a pre heated oven 120 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes. Roast coconut till a slightly pink on 100 degrees. Once almonds and coconut are cool mix the rest of ingredients together and sift in icing sugar. Fill into airtight jars.
