125 g butter or margarine2 tablespoon oil (optional)Best till light and fluffy½ cup castor sugar (for a crunchy texture) or use icing sugar
½ cup mazinaMix well Add 1 full cup dessicated coconutMix again(I added 1 beaten egg) Add ½ teaspoon almond essence and 1 teaspoon vanilla essenceMix again Now gradually add +- 1 cup flourUse more if dough is softMake a soft dough roll out cut in shapes Sprinkle 100's &, 1000'sBake at 180* for 12-15 minutesBiscuit must be light cream colour keep it whitishDecorate as you please
NB: 1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom) can be added for different tasteEnjoy
