INGREDIENTS
1 egg
125g butter
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom)
¼ teaspoon bicarb
½ teaspoon cinnamon
375ml cake flour
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in egg &
spices. Add sifted flour & bicarb. Roll
into balls & place on baking pan.
Flatten with a fork. Bake @ 180*C for
10-12 minutes.
