Wash and drain meat. Marinate meat with vinegar ginger garlic, garlic paste, yogurt, fresh cream and salt for an hour - 1½. Heat a medium pot with oil / ghee (Clarified butter) add onion and whole spices Saute until onion is soft and transparent. Add the ground dhana, chilli powder and turmeric Braise for one minute. Add the Marinated meat Braise until meat changes color. Cook until meat is tender. Add in the chopped tomato and puree, cook covered for another 15 minutes on medium heat or until meat is completely done. Serve with hot Naan, bread Roti or rice.
