1 kg topside/rump steak (cut into even pieces)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala2 tablespoon brown vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 3 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon bbq sauce2 tablespoon oil
Also needed-Garlic polony (sliced)Sausages4 large potatoes (cut in fries)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powderWhite vinegar
1. Marinate steak in above.2. Add water as needed to cook till tender, leave saucy.3. Fry garlic polony.4. Fry sausages.5. Fry chips and spice with salt, chilli powder and vinegar.6. Arrange chips in platter.7. Place on steak & sauce over steak.8. Arrange fried polony & sausages.9. Serve with rolls. 10. I serve with additional tomato sauce on the side.
