INGREDIENTS
Aaloo (potato) Paratha
Filling:
3 to 4 medium sized potatoes
Half cup Inkomazi
Ground green chillies
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chopped dhania (coriander)
1 Tab Butter
2 Tab Lemon juice
1-1 and half Tab Mayonnaise
Dough:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
15 ml sugar
30ml olive oil
1 packet instant yeast
Lukewarm water(enough to make a dough)
Butter Glaze:
3 tab butter
1 teaspoon garlic(crushed)

METHOD
Peel and boil potatoes till soft and add all above ingredients to it..leave aside.
Add lukewarm water to dry ingredients and make a dough.
Leave aside covered and allow to rise!
Divide dough into half and roll the one half into a big circle (like pizza size) and put on baking tray,put spray and cook first!
Then put filling on top of dough.
Roll the other half of the dough and put on top of filling to close...pinch ends together to seal and brush with butter glaze...
