250 ml fresh cream
1 tin cream style corn
red chutney
cheese
METHOD
Fry Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
, line in casserole dish.In a separate saucepan combine fresh cream.sweetcorn and chutney and bring to boil. Pour mixture over Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
and grate cheese over.Bake for 20 minutes and serve. Garnish with samoosa pur or lays once baked.
