INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
1/2kg prawns (without shell)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Green masala
1 bunch springonions (finely chopped)
1 cup White sauce (any homemade recipe)
1 ½ cups Grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Gouda cheese
Cream crackers or ritz biscuits (finely crushed)
Samosa pur
Beaten egg
Flour/water paste
METHOD
1.)Melt butter on medium heat
2.)add prawns garlic,green masala,salt and pepper and cook till prawns are cooked through.
3.)leave aside to cool then add the white sauce,cheese and springonion and mix well.
4.)fill in pur as right angled triangles,not normal samosa shape.
5.)dip in egg
6.)dip in crushed biscuits
7.)freeze
8.)deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
