INGREDIENTS

1 medium onion
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 tablespoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon mayonaise
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)
½ – ¾ cup sour cream
Marinate chicken in spices..chop up onion and saute in ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) till lightly browned..add chicken and cook on low..15 minutes before serving add sour cream,allow to boil..
Sour Cream Potatoes
1 onion cut in rings
1 green pepper cut in rings
Saute in ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) till soft
Fry a Handful of baby potatoes or 2 big potatoes cut into chips..spice chips with salt,pepper and some garlic flakes..add ¼ cup sour cream,simmer and serve..
