INGREDIENTS
                      
Green chillies - slit the middle and remove seeds. 
Make a mixture with the following:
6 tablespoon ground jeeroo
3 tablespoon ground dhania (coriander)
3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
2 tablespoon mustard powder
Handful of coconut
Handful of sesame seeds
Salt
Vinegar
Oil - to bind
                    
METHOD
                      Stuff chillies with the above mixture.
Put in an oven tray. Drizzle with oil. Bake until done.
