INGREDIENTS
300g chicken mince,
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies,
3 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves,
1 teaspoon garlic paste,
1 lemons juice,
salt to taste,
12 teaspoon fulls grated cheddar or mozarella
cheese rolled into balls
breadcrumbs
an egg
oil for deep frying
METHOD
Combine the mince,chillies,coriander,garlic,lemon
juice,and salt together,kneading well to combine
together.Divide the mince into 12 equal
portions.Oil your palms and and flatten the mince
on your palm.Now put cheese ball in the middle of
the mince and roll the mince around the cheese to
form a ball.Freeze for half an hour or so to
enable easy handling and then dip in beaten egg
and coat in breadcrumbs. At this point you can
freeze the cheese balls for later use or deep fry
and enjoy !
Serve with a chilli sauce of your choice.
