INGREDIENTS
Rec credit : Faiza’s tea-time delicacies
1kg steak mince
6 sliced bread - process into bread crumbs
3 onions - grated and water squeezed out
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon bbq spice
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground green chili
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon ground garlic
4 eggs
dhania (coriander)- chopped
Spring onions - chopped
METHOD
Wash and drain mince. Combine all ingredients together. Shape into balls and bake in oven at 180 for about 10-15 minutes. The reason I bake it in the oven first so it doesn’t take long to fry.
Fry in hot oil for a few minutes.
I usually freeze them after they come out the oven and take out as I need.
