INGREDIENTS
4 eggs separated
1 ½ cup cake flour
1 cup castor sugar
⅓ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
2 teaspoon baking powder
green and pink food color
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
beat the egg whites till stiff and leave aside.
Beat the egg yolks,vanilla essence and castor
sugar till pale.add the oil and water.Beat for a
further 2 minutes.sieve the flour and baking powder
thrice,and then add to the egg mixture. beat
again till well combined.Now fold in the egg
whites using a metal spoon.divide the mixture
into half.leave one half aside and divide the
other half further into two bowls.add green to
one and pink to the other making sure not to make
it too dark.should be mint and pink.put the green
mixture first in your greased pan,then the pink
and end with the vanilla.bake @ 180 in a
preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till done.
