RECIPE
Arabic dough
5 cups flour
4 tablespoon sugar
1 packer dry yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon Klim
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup oil
2 cups warm water
Add everything together leaving your water to go in last in a stand mixer with a dough hook and mix for about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling wrap and then a tablecloth over and keep in a warm place till it’s double its size.
In the meantime u can prepare your filling
roll polony - cut into slices and then in 4
Vienna’s - cut in slices
Potatoes - cut into very small chips
Fry your Vienna’s and polony
Fry your chips and add in vinegar, salt and chili powder
You can add whatever sauces you like but I added in tomato sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise, crystals sauce and chili sauce.
Mix everything together
Roll out your dough and place filling in the center. Add sliced jalapeños on top and grated cheese. Cross the dough to close and brush with egg.
Bake at 180 for about 30 minutes- or till how brown you want it. Brush will oil when out the oven.
