4 - 5 potatoes peeled and sliced
Fry in oil until crisp season with chips spice or salt (I airfried)
1 cup milk
1-2 teaspoon corn flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of grated cheese
1 teaspoon butter
Heat all of above in a saucepan until thick.
Add chips to a pyrex dish throw sauce over and sprinkle some more cheese. Place in the oven and grill to melt cheese.
Enjoy jus like that or as a side dish
