INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoon maziena(cornstarch)
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tablespoon butter or margerine
2 teaspoon or more vanilla exract
variation
add cinnamon when boiling
can be used as a topping for a cake or tart
METHOD
combine the first five ingredients whisk well,then
add to a thick based pot and boil for 20 minutes on
medium heat,whisking cont until it thickens,when
done place cling wrap over the top of the custard
to prevent skin from forming,chill for 2 hrs
