1 litre milk ¾ cup vermicelli ¾ tin condense milk ½ tin nestle cream Elachi (cardomom) powder
Boil milk , Elachi (cardomom) & vermicelli in a saucepan until thick. Remove from stove , then add condense & ½ nestle cream. Set in casserole. Spread other half nestle cream. Decorate with almonds . Allow to chill.
