Milk Tart Pancake

RECIPE

Shamelessly Rich Milktart Pancake

Pancake batter: _(credit Faati Mia)_
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

-liquidise all together in a blender

Milktart filling: _(credit Munz moola)_
2 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon butter
2 medium eggs
½ cup sugar
1 ½ tablespoon flour
1 ½ tablespoon maziena
Pinch of salt
Method:boil milk and butter. BEAT Eggs and sugar till frothy. Mix vanilla essence, salt, flour and maziena. Add to egg mixture and beat well. Pour in milk mixture and boil till it thickens.Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Pour over each pancake and sprinkle cinnamon on each layer
