INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1 cup cornflakes-crushed
2 cups cake flour
1 egg
¾ cup sugar
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in egg & vanilla. Add
remaining ingredients. Roll into balls, flatten
lightly with a fork & bake @180*C for 12-15 minutes.
