INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
5ml bicarb
5ml vanilla
4 medium bananas
500ml cake flour
10ml baking powder
125ml hot water
125ml chopped nuts (of choice)
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one by
one & beat well. Add vanilla. Dissolve
bicarb in water.
Blend bananas & water in liquidiser.
Sift flour, salt & baking powder
together. Stir banana mixture & dry
ingredients alternately into creamed
mixture. Beat 1 minutes.
Lastly stir in nuts. Pour into a
greased loaf pan. Bake @180*C for 30-
minutes or till done.
