RECIPE
2 cups Chana flour
1 cup cake flour
1 tablespoon ground dhana
½ teaspoon ground garlic
2 ½ teaspoon salt
1 onion (processed and water squeezed out)
dhania (coriander) (chopped)
3 teaspoon baking powder
Green chilies (I used ground and I cut some up very fine)
6/7 potatoes (cut in half and then sliced very thin)
I put my potatoes into the microwave for around 8 minutes so it takes quicker to cook when u frying .
