4-5 tablespoon Sago 1 liter milk 2-3 teaspoon custard powder 1 teaspoon Elaichi powder Few drops of pink food color 1 tin fruit cocktail ¾ tin condensed milk 1 small tin Nestle cream
Soak Sago in water for 10-15 minutes. Now take a milk in pot. Boil Sago,pink color and Elaichi with milk. Now mix custard Powder with little milk and add into sago and milk mixture. Keep stirring. Now add condensed milk. When cool add nestle cream and fruit cocktail tin. Mix well. Keep in fridge Serve chilled.
