INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked rice (add turmeric to make yellow)
1 cup frozen veggies (peas, corn, carrots)-steamed
2 cloves garlic-crushed
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 green pepper-chopped
1 onion-chopped
METHOD
Braise onion & green pepper in butter & oil. Stir
in garlic. Add veggies. Stir into cooked rice.

use Basmati rice...it has the best flavour
