INGREDIENTS
MASALA CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 tablespoon green ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon coarse red chillies (chilli flakes)
1 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoon dhana
Method
Heat oil and a blob of butter in a pot, add chicken and allow to cook. Add little water if necessary.
I served with veggies (recipe posted before)
