1 kg chops 2 teaspoon garlic ginger masala 1 teaspoon chillie garlic paste 1 teaspoon crushed dhana 1 teaspoon crushed jeera 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies 2 teaspoon kashmiri mild chillie powder 1 teaspoon mustard powder 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon oil ¼ bottle labenese sauce 1 onion cut into rings slices of butter chopped spring onions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the chops & leave for hour. Cook on medium heat . When half way cooked add in onion rings & cook until done. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve with roti.
