chicken karaai

I used about 1.5 kg chicken
Drumsticks and wings
Marinate chicken
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 tablespoon chilli masala
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tso mixed masala
1 tso kashmiri masala
1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 teaspoon tumeric
In a wok or pot add ghee (Clarified butter)..heat it up..add
1 Staranise..few cinnamon sticks..few elachie
Few pepper corns..3 cloves
1 teaspoon jeeroo
Add in the marinated chicken
And fry on medium to high heat..for about 10 minutes...or more..remove and keep aside
To the pot add 2 handfuls of fried onion
1 tablespoon ginger garlic..and braise
In a dish..peel and cut up 2 big tomatoes
Few green chillies
Add this to the wagaar mixture
Add some garum masala to this
Cook few minutes
Add in the chicken
Mix well
Add some boiling wate r to cook chicken
Wen water is less add in half cup maas or more
4 tablespoon full fat yoghurt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Boil and cook till simmered
Garnish with greens
Enjoy with fresh roti
