RECIPE
4eggs separated
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup flour
2 level teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cold tap water
½ cup oil
3 heaped teaspoon coffee
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually and beat. Then add in the yolks and continue beating. Sift dry ingredient except coffee together and add to add to the above mixture. Mix together water and coffee and add oil add over dry ingredients. Fold mixture and thereafter beat for a 5min on high Bake @ 180 C for 20 minutes in 2 small round cake tins. Then for topping For topping ½ can condensed milk 250 fresh cream 2tson coffee dissolved in 2 teaspoon boiled water 2 tablespoon butter beat all together pour over cake when cake is cold chill till it sets cream topping will be fluffy very lekka

The cake in my picture I made the sauce used butter cream on sides you’ll find it in my choc cake recipe with multiple icings and put flake over the sauce and deco with fondant and stuff enjoy this cake without butter icing jst the sauce is delish❤️
