INGREDIENTS
1 chicken1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon crushed green chillie1 teaspoon red chillie powder1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon mayonnaisesalt to taste1 onion finelly chopped1⁄2 whole jeeroo2 whole green chillies2 dry red chillies2 tomatoes grated2 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon chillie sauce2 tablespoon mustard sauce2 tablespoon worcestershier sauce1 tablespoon Tabasco saucefresh dhania (coriander) (coriander) (coriander) for garnishing.
METHOD
Marinate chicken with the first 8 ingredients.marinate for 2 hours or over night.When ready to cook heat some butter in a pot, add in onion, ginger garlic paste,whole jeeroo, green and red chillies.Brasie unitlll onion soft.Add the chicken pieces and allow to cook for 2 3 minutes, until the colour of the chicken changes.Add in tomato and cook until oil comes up to the surface.Add in all the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
