Sour cream Pinch Pies

2 ½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
250g butter chilled
250g sour cream
Filling my recipe :
500g chicken fillet slit in half lengthwise
1 small onion grated and water squeezed out
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
1 heaped teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon chicken spice
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 small tomatoe grated
2 tablespoon tomato paste / puree
Juice of half lemon
1 tablespoon prego sauce of choice
2 tablespoon minnies garlic chilli sauce
Sift flour and salt. Add to food processor with chilled butter. Mix until it resemble breadcrumbs.
Add the sour cream and mix to form a dough.
Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut into squares using cutter.
Saute onion in butter until translucent then add the whole jeeru (cumin).
Add chicken fillet with red masala, ginger garlic, Paprika, chicken spice, cayenne pepper, tomato, puree and lemon juice.
Cook until almost done then add sauces cook until done but still moist.
Use fork to pull apart chicken. Add chopped greens and mix well.
Add spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of dough. Bring all four corners to center a pinch the top.
Brush with egg and sprinkle dry parsley.
