Step 1
For half a packet spaghetti :
boil spaghetti as per the pkt instruction


Step 2 :
chop up veggies 
for the stir fry 
1/2 green pepper julienne strips ( you can use 3 colour peppers ) I only had green 
2 carrots julienne strips
1/4 cabbage finely chopped
1 small onion 
handful spring onion 

Step 3 : prepare rest of ingredients 
chicken fillet 
white pepper
2 tbsl vinegar
3 tbsl soya sauce
2 tbsl zeal ( Chinese salt) 
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp green chillies 
olive oil 
1 tsp brown sugar 

in a pot cook chicken with 1 tsp white pepper ( can taste and add more )
salt to taste 
1/2 tsp zeal 
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp soya sauce 
olive oil

Step 5 : stir fry
in a wok or pan add oilive oil and onions ,
allow onions to soften then the rest of the veggies except spring onion

stir fry for about 2 min and add ginger garlic ,
green masala , soya sauce, vinegar,1 tabelsspoom zeal , salt to taste, sugar

stir fry on low heat for 2 to 3 mins ,
lastly add the spring onions , at this stage this is how the stir ffry should look

stir nicely , at this stage the chicken should be cooked ,
remove from heat and shred chicken with a spoon 

now add the shredded chicken to the stir fry and mix well ,
make sure its on low heat .

lastly add the boiled noodles and mix well so that the flavour sinks in nicely,
you may go ahead and taste ,
if you feel you need to add more soya sauce feel free , ready to eat :) , enjoy
