How To Make Polony Puri

2 cups water
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 + cups flour
Place water,butter and salt in a pot and boil...add flour and stir vigorously until it forms a ball..remove from heat knead into a smooth dough...

1 roll polony sliced
Cheese slices
Chutney of choice
3 potatoes boiled and mashed with little butter and milk,salt and pepper
2 beaten eggs

Roll out dough thinly on a floured surface..use a flower or circle cutter bigger then the polony size...cut out rounds,lay rounds on a tray...spread mash on top..put polony slice,piece of cheese and drop of chutney..cover with sides down with fork to seal..dip in beated egg and breadcrumbs...freezer suitable...fry in deep hot oil
