Asparagus Samoosa

INGREDIENTS

‎1 big tin asparagus - drain water
cube it up ............leave aside

1 kg chicken fillet cubed,
1 big onion cubed.
braise with ghee (Clarified butter) and the ffg
green masala
lemon jiuce
black pepper
salt
arad (Turmeric)
green pepper cubed

add asparagus.
½ tin creamstyle sweetcorn. Let it get cold.

then add
1 cup white cheese
1 cup yellow cheese
dhania (coriander).

METHOD

fill samoosa\\\'s
dip in breadcrumbs and fry.
