INGREDIENTS
250g butter
125ml sifted icing sugar (half cup)
125ml cornflour
5ml vanilla essence
2 cups cake flour
oven 180*C
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar well. Add vanilla and sifted flours. Mix to a soft dough. Pipe into rosettes or desired shape.Bake 10-12 minutes till golden in colour. Leave to cool. Sandwich biscuits together with melted chocolate or buttercream.
