INGREDIENTS
250 g soft butterHalf a cup icing sugar¾ cup maizena (corn flour)1 tablespoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoons oil2 ½ cups flour ( adjusted to make a soft dough)smarties (decoration)Icing sugar (dusting)
METHOD
Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy.Add maizena (corn flour) vanilla essence and oil. Beat well.Add flour to form a soft dough.Pipe onto greased tray and decorate as desired.Bake at 150 for +- 20-25 minutes.Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
