½ lb butter¾ cup icing sugar1 cup maizena (corn flour)2 Tablespoons oil2 cups flour (may need more)Chocolate (for dipping)
Recipe credit: Nasreen Patel 125g woodenspoon softened2 cups icing sugar 1 teaspoon almond essence
Beat together above ingredients and then add in flour and make a soft dough. Nozzle biscuits and bake on 180 temp depending on your oven. Sandwhich with icing and ends dip in chocolate.
Icing method :
Beat together all ingredients till white.
