There are recipes titled “Flop Proof Rotis”, and then there are recipes for rotis that are actually flop proof. This is one of those recipes.
I buy rotis regularly because my attempts at making them have been a consistent flop, lol.
Reading the comments here, I decided it’s 2026, let’s give this one last shot. If this flops, I’ll lay the idea to rest once and for all.
I followed the recipe to the T, and it came out soft. Not round, lol, which is fine, because it all gets crumbled in the stomach anyway 😄
This unlocked a core memory of when my late mom and sil's used to make rotis, and we’d take them hot off the tawa, sprinkle sugar, roll them up, and eat them.
