@Rehana Kaka - Wslmz. Chicken dhaal n rice. Boil or pressure Cook 1 cup oil dhaal n 1 cup chana or pea dhaal. Liquidise with little water. Braise 1 processed onion in ghee. Add in 1 dry red chilli. 1 tsp whole jeero 1 slit green chilli. Add in 2 tsp ginger garlic add in 1 kg mutton pieces or chicken pieces. Add in 1 tsp each salt chillie powder Arad Dhana jeeroo. Allow to fry. Add in 3 Liquidised tomatoes. Cook 10 mins. Add in liquidised dhaal. Add in 2 cups water. Boil on low till slightly thick. Add in 2 tsp methi masala n chopped greens.
Boil 2½ cups rice.
Drain. Sprinkle fried onions. Steam. Serve with paapar n kachumbar
