Braise 2 sliced onions in ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few peppercorns Few cloves Taj Elachi (cardomom) slit chillies
Add in 1 kg chicken pieces with:2 teaspoon salt adjust if necessary 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_food memon masala1 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala
Cook. Add in 1½ cups liquidised tomatoes.Add in 6 potatoes ½Ed and fried. Add in 2½ cups basmati rice with 2 cups water. Cook on stove top till water is almost evaporated. Cover with foil steam on 180⁰ for 20 minutes.Serve with dahy and kachumbar
