INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
250g butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 level cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup sourmilk
500g self raisng flour
METHOD
Method :
Soften butter, add in salt, sugar, sourmilk, baking powder, egg and whisk by hand till creamy. Add in self raisng flour and mix till well combined. Tip over Into a greased oven tray and flatten with a spatula. Bake In a preheated oven on 160 degrees till light pink, once baked leave to cool for an hour or two. Slice and set flat onto a tray and crisp in oven on 120 degrees on low.
