INGREDIENTS
1 packet klim
1 small tin nestle cream
Crushed Elachi (cardomom) seeds
2/3 cups milk
375 g Icing sugar. Must be the box one
Rose essence
60 g butter
Coloured badam (almond)
METHOD

Crushed Elachi (cardomom) seeds
Mix above well and leave for an hour
After rested put mixture into a maggi mix machine and pulse until fine bread crumbs are formed. Transfer to mixing bowl
Make syrap
cups milk
Icing sugar.
Rose essence
butter
Boil all above until sticky
Add hot syrap to klim mixture and mix until it becomes a thick batter consistancy
Pour into pyrex and leave to set.
If u cutting into squares sprinkle colored badam (almond) on top after u pour into pyrex
If u making balls dont put badam (almond) now
Let it set
Mould
Then add badam (almond)
