INGREDIENTS
nandos garlic peri peri sauce about
half a bottle
lemon juice
red garlic masala
olive oil about half a cup
salt to taste
METHOD
mix all ingrediants together.Dip each
prawn and
leave to marinate. butterfly fry in a
non-stick
pan.do not overfry.layer on oven tray
and grill
before serving. garnish with lots of
chopped
dhanna.
make a sauce with :
steers garlic sauce, mayoneise, lemon
juice,
loads of butter, garlic and nandos
sauce (Hot or
extra hot)mix everything and give one
boil, pour
on prawns before serving.
