INGREDIENTS

1pkt marie biscuit
½ cup butter (125g)
1egg (optional)
1pkt Kajoor (Dates) (chopped)
¼ cup sugar
Vanilla essence

METHOD

Method:
*melt butter (careful it does not burn) then add
Kajoor (Dates) + sugar and stir till until soft and mushy
*allow to cool a little.
*beat eggs in separate bowl,and then add vanilla
essence mix well then add to butter + Kajoor (Dates) mix
*break biscuits into small pieces & mix with date
mixture- stir
*allow to cool then make them into little balls and
rolls into desicated coconut or pat in greased pan
sprinkle with coconut and cut.
