INGREDIENTS
Dough
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
¼ pound butter
Filling:
½ kilo chicken fillet
1 tablespoon red masala
Whole jeeru (cumin)
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon all gold peri – peri sauce
1 tablespoon minnies hot sauce
Oil to braise

Salt to taste
METHOD
Add all the dough ingredients and make into bread crumbs.
Tie with milk, into 4 rotis and cut into 4 triangles.
Add cooked filing near the big end of triangle and roll till tip of
triangle is at the top
