For a strip roll lookOr for Croissants
Take 2 tablespoon Yeast1 teaspoon SugarLittle hot water Let it bubble KEEP ASIDEIn a Seperate jugAdd It to⅓ Cup Oil1 cup Luke Warm Milk1 EggMix well FOR THE FLOURSUSE 3 Cups Flour4 tablespoon Klim powder2 teaspoon Baking Powder1 teaspoon salt Mix well togetherGradually add the Liquid to make a soft doughKnead Then rub oil over the doughAnd allow to double in size +- 1 hour in a warm place Make 2 lots ROLL OUT THINLY 2 X RECTANGLES(FOR CROISSANTS ROLL OUT 2 X CIRCLES AND CUT INTO LONG TRIANGLE SHAPE FOR CROISSANTS) USE FILLING OF YOUR CHOICE Place filling on long edge of the rectangle like a long sausageRoll over ONCE well then before rolling up again make 1cm slits about 4 cm above the first fold and fold over to get a strip look on the RollCut the width that you preferEgg Brush Sprinkle Sesame or Poppy SeedsALLOW TO RISE AGAIN FOR 1 HOURBake at 200* For 15 to 20 minutesOr Until done to light Gold colour Enjoy
