INGREDIENTS
4 pieces pangasuis fish 1 tablespoon crushed or fine garlic blob butter 1/24 teaspoon crushed black pepper ½ squeezed lemon salt
smear on fish
lemon butter sauce 100g butter salt ½ squeezed lemon little fresh cream optional
heat and pour on fish when fish almost done
steam veggies with some water butter salt and pepper
