INGREDIENTS
Recipe credit: unknown1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn 3 eggs1 cup milk½ cup flour 4 tablespoon mielie meal3 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder1 tablespoon green chilliesHandful of dhania (coriander)- chopped
METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients and bake at 180 2. You can place in a pyrex or in a muffin tray

Serve with dhania and decorate with fresh dhania
