2 packets boudoir biscuits
1 cup milk flavored with 2 teaspoons rose syrup & 1 teaspoon rose water 🌹
2 cups cream whipped with 4 tablespoons icing sugar, 1 teaspoon rose essence and a drop of dusty pink rose gel colour. (Set some cream aside to spread on dessert after setting in fridge)🌹🌹
Make a chocolate ganache with 80g dairy milk and set aside.
1 small tin nestle cream flavored with 2 tablespoons rose syrup and colour with 1 drop dusty pink gel colour.
Cut a big piece of foil and set on a flat surface. Dip biscuits in rose flavored milk. Set 2 rows of 4 biscuits. Then spread whipped cream. Then dip biscuits again and set 2 rows of 3. Spread whipped cream again. Dip biscuits and set 2 rows of 2. Spread cream and set 2 rows of 1. It will form a pyramid.
Spread cream close foil. Set in fridge overnight.
Take out of fridge. Set on a plate you’d like to serve on. Tear foil off. Spread leftover cream on log. Pour ganache over and rose flavored nestle cream over. Decor with pink roses or decor of your choice. Absolutely decadent😍
