2 cups selfraising flour1 tablespoon castor sugarPinch salt60g butter chilled, chopped ¾ cup buttermilk Extra buttermilk for brushing Raspberry jam, to serve. Whipped cream to serve
Mix the 3 ingredients together. Rub in butter gently with fingertips. Add in buttermilk to make dough. Pat out & cut. Brush with buttermilk. Bake until done. Serve with jam & cream.
